Pre mixing

Nearly every production process starts with mixing ingredients. TFT offers you two basic pre-mixing principles. The RotoBatter is preferred for recipes without solid ingredients. The RotoCutter is the best choice when using for example fat blocks. The RotoBatter comes executed with a vertical shaft mixer with knife-shaped mixing arms. The Rotocutter has a vertical multi-blade cutter with cutting knives. A counter-rotating anchor-shaped agitator is constantly scraping the walls of the tank. TFT will analyze your production process and custom-built the pre-mixer accordingly: capacity, cleanability, connections for ingredients, valves and so on are individually designed for your process.

The TFT RotoBatter

The TFT-RotoBatter is a batch mixer or pre mixer designed to mix dry an liquid ingredients to a homogeneous mass or batter. Executed with two (top driven) agitators both mixing and scraping guarantees not only a prefect mix, but also an optimal emptying and possible heat transfer from the (optional) jacket. The bottom mounted transfer pump empties the mixer (also upstream or over longer distance). Off course CIP, ingredient feeding and controls are part of the concept.

The TFT-RotoCutter is a batch mixer or pre mixer designed to mix dry an liquid ingredients but also block fat to a homogeneous mass or batter. Executed with a high shear knife mixer and a scraper both mixing and scraping guarantees not only a prefect mix, but also an optimal emptying and heat transfer from the jacket. The TFT impellor mixer

The TFT-Impellor mixer is a batch mixer designed to mix and hydrate dry ingredients with low viscosity liquids homogeneously (for example gelatin and water). Executed with a special design impellor type mixer a lump-free mix is guaranteed. The tank is jacketed to keep your product at the required temperature. The mixer can be mounted on top of a holding tank and be emptied by gravity or the optional bottom mounted transfer pump empties the mixer (also upstream or over longer distance). Off course CIP, ingredient feeding and controls are part of the concept.
