Covid 19 statement

We strongly feel the importance of reaching out to our customer base and continue to maintain an open dialogue with you as our partner. Most importantly, we hope you and your family are well during these challenging and rapidly changing times. Like you, we see ourselves as a company with a responsibility to do everything possible to safeguard your health, as well as that of our employees, as we continue to do our best to meet the expectations of our customers and our partners for service, support and delivery of our products around the world

Below we are giving an overview on what we have been doing the past couple of weeks.

Personnel

Since beginning of March 2020 TFT has actively been instructing personnel to respect the following measures:

- No handshaking or other physical contact, minimum distance between people 1.5 mtr

- When there are signs of illness stay home and report to manager

- Regularly wash hands for minimum 20 seconds and disinfect

- All personal meetings are cancelled and being done by teleconference

- Workshop staff has been split up into two crews over two production locations (5 KM apart)

- Home offices have been installed for all other personnel to be able to work home-based efficiently

Production of equipment

Dutch government has initiated several restrictions for all Dutch citizens to manage the outbreak. TFT is committed to respect governmental guidelines and restrictions. However it remains possible for TFT to continue working on existing and new projects as usual. All delivery times and agreements regarding projects will remain unchanged. In case the situation asks for this all applicable people will be informed timely and properly.

Service

Our spare parts and service department remains open and a skeleton crew is available in the office. The remaining employees are working home based and are available as usual. Because of the travelling restrictions it mostly is not possible to visit customers on-site. The possibilities to visit customers is being evaluated frequently and case-by-case. Our field engineers are available for online support and if possible can connect to equipment via modem connection. Also the possibility of virtual installation is being considered case-by-case.

Shipping

Currently shipping of equipment is still possible. This applies for projects as well as spare/change parts.
